Question by Christen Hussie: How painful is getting a tattoo behind your ear?
It’s my first tattoo and I want one behind my ear…I’m really nervous though!!! People seem to have different opinions on how painful it’s going to be..any input? And how long would it take to get it done? I think I want either a celtic knot or “Love, Loyalty, Friendship” in gaelic.

You’re never going to have a tattoo that’s not going to hurt. I’ve got one across my back and one on my right ankle and they were about the same to me. Depending on the sizing and detail of what you want will determine your time. It took about an hour and a half for my back piece, but it was just lettering. I’m partial to a celtic knot, myself. (: Good luck with your new ink and take good care of it!

Question by Ev: We’re can I find Celtic knot meanings, such as a list?
I have been looking and not having such good luck with my search . I am looking for a list or something in that nature with the name of he knot and it’s meaning behind it , possibly with pics as well . I am also looking for introcit ones with lots of over lapping lines. There is one I am looking for inpaticuler and that would be something like a Celtic knot that is a shamrock .
